ka789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by ka789 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is completed. Ka789 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC review.

Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are assessed.
